Ingredients

large tomato cut into half

Process
In a
pan add a half cup of water and add onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, degi mirch and all whole spices. Mix it well for a minute. Add 2 tsp butter, salt
(according to the taste), and mix it properly.
Cover
it for 15 min.
Once the tomatoes are soft, blend the mixture until it becomes smooth. Use a blender for better results. Finally, strain the gravy through the strainer.
In
the pan add some butter and allow it to melt. Add red chilly powder, coriander
powder and cook it for a minute. Pour gravy in it mix it well now cook for 2
minutes.
Add
roasted chicken and fresh cream mix it well cooks it for 3-4 min.
Add
kasoori methi and butter.
Butter chicken ready to eat 😊
