How to make aloo gobhi?

Ingredients

1 small cauliflower

4 potatoes

1 big onion fine chopped

2 big tomatoes fine chopped

1-inch ginger fine chopped

1 green chilly fine chopped

4 tbsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 cloves

1 green cardamom

1 black cardamom

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp garam masala powder

1/4 tsp Kasuri methi

Salt to taste

 

Process

  • Heat the Kadai. Add oil, cauliflower, potatoes and fry them until it becomes golden brown. Now get the vegetables out of the Kadai.
  • In the same Kadai add some cumin seeds, clove, green cardamom, black cardamom add onion. Sauté them until the mixture becomes golden brown. Then, add ginger, chilly and sauté them.
  • Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, tomatoes and sauté them until it becomes soft. Add garam masala powder saute them for 2 min.
  • Add vegetables in it cook for 10 min add Kasuri Methi in it
  • Gobhi aloo is ready to eat. 😊
