Ingredients

small cauliflower

big onion fine chopped

big tomatoes fine chopped

tsp red chili powder

Process
- Heat the Kadai. Add oil, cauliflower, potatoes and fry them until it becomes golden brown. Now get the vegetables out of the Kadai.
- In the same Kadai add some cumin seeds, clove, green cardamom, black cardamom add onion. Sauté them until the mixture becomes golden brown. Then, add ginger, chilly and sauté them.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, tomatoes and sauté them until it becomes soft. Add garam masala powder saute them for 2 min.
- Add vegetables in it cook for 10 min add Kasuri Methi in it
- Gobhi aloo is ready to eat. 😊
