tbsp black peppercorn

cup cashew nuts

tbsp ghee

tbsp red chili paste

tsp jaggery

tsp tamarind paste

Preparation
- Heat water in a pot and add cloves, black peppercorn, chicken and cashew nuts. Boil until chicken is cooked.
- Remove the chicken. Blend the cashew nuts and other spices using blender.
- Heat ghee in pan add chili paste, chicken and cashew nuts mixture and sauté.
- Now add salt, jaggery, tamarind paste and sauté for some more time.
- Roasted chicken is ready to eat.
