Ingredients

1 tsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

2-3 cloves

2-3 black pepper

3-4 garlic cloves fine chopped

1-inch ginger fine chopped

2-3 green chilies fine chopped

3/4 cup green beans

3/4 cup peas

3/4 cup red, green, yellow bell pepper chopped

3/4 cup carrots fine chopped

3/4 green onions chopped for garnishing

1 cup Basmati rice cooked

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp Vinegar

1 tsp white pepper powder

Salt to taste

 

Process

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies and all other vegetables. Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame
  • Add rice and toss it well for 2 minutes.
  • Now add soya sauce, vinegar and white pepper powder, and salt cook for 1 min
  • Garnish with green onions
  • Vegetable fried rice ready to eat 😊
