How to make Tomato Puree?

 


Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups of water

5 tomatoes

 

  • To make tomato puree at home dip tomato in boiling water for a few minutes until they are soft, then drain and slip off their skin. 
  • Blend the tomato in the blender. Now strain the puree to remove the seeds. 
  • Heat until the tomato pulp has reduced to a thick paste. 
  • Now tomato puree is ready to use
