Ingredients
2 cups of water
5 tomatoes
- To make
tomato puree at home dip tomato in boiling water for a few minutes until
they are soft, then drain and slip off their skin.
- Blend the
tomato in the blender. Now strain the puree to remove the seeds.
- Heat until
the tomato pulp has reduced to a thick paste.
- Now tomato
puree is ready to use
