Process
- In a hot Kadai add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, and clove sauté well
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute them. Add onions and green chilly, then sauté till the onions become translucent.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and sauté well.
- Now add tomatoes. Cook the mixture until the tomatoes become soft.
- Add 1/4 cup of water cook it for 2 min
- Now add boiled eggs
- Cook it for 4-5 min and then add Kasuri methi.
- Egg curry is ready to eat.
