How to make egg curry?

Ingredients

2 eggs boiled

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1 bay leaf

1 green cardamom

1 black cardamom

1 clove

2 onion fine chopped

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 green chilly fine chopped

2 tomatoes fine chopped

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp Kasuri methi

Salt to taste

 

Process

  • In a hot Kadai add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, and clove sauté well
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and saute them. Add onions and green chilly, then sauté till the onions become translucent.
  • Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and sauté well.
  • Now add tomatoes. Cook the mixture until the tomatoes become soft.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water cook it for 2 min
  • Now add boiled eggs
  • Cook it for 4-5 min and then add Kasuri methi.
  • Egg curry is ready to eat.
